I'm Jaimin Shah, Director and Mortgage Broker at Vasuki Finance, based in Adelaide.

I help first home buyers, families, property investors and homeowners with home loans, refinancing, construction finance and investment lending. I have a particular focus on first home buyers and land and construction finance, including experience navigating HomeStart and other home buyer options available in South Australia.

From understanding your borrowing capacity and comparing suitable loan options through to approval and settlement, I stay involved throughout the process and keep you informed about what is happening and what comes next.
