Where do I start? I'm a first home owner, so I had zero knowledge of property and how this all works or where to begin. Friends & family instructed to find a broker, jumped on Google and reached out to a local broker. My partner gave me James' details and suggested I reached out because he worked with Stark Finance buying his first home as well at the start of the year. So I thought why not, it only took one conversation with James and I asked him "how do I gently turn down the other broker?" hahahah so then my house hunting journey began. There is no dumb question when working with James, he walks you through EVERYTHING! He's so informative and breaks things down in simple language I could understand. He'll draw you graphs and diagrams if you need! haha! It became a very good learning experience for myself too!
