I can’t recommend James and the Sufficient Funds team enough for all their advice, education and assistance in setting up my cash plan and appropriate insurance through my super! I identified pretty quickly within the past 2 years that I didn’t have the best financial literacy and with that came poor financial decisions and lots of debt. Too much debt for a gal in her early 20’s to deal with when wanting to save for a house. I tried my best to learn myself through other means with books and podcasts but felt so overwhelmed with the information that was out there and found it difficult to pin point what was best for me. I was put in touch with James who in our initial conversation was non-judgemental, eager to help and down to earth. James has always been available for me and being able to set up a video call instead of just a phone call benefited me as I am a visual learner! It also helped with putting a face to a name and voice! This is the second time we have used James for home and land loans, and I don't think I would use another broker. We had some issues with builder and bank, with no fault of James, however James and his team always stepped in, and helped us without any question, even when we thought he didn't need too.
