I’ve had the pleasure of working with James Huang twice now, and both experiences have been amazing. My first encounter with James was when my mum was looking for a property to purchase and live in. From the very beginning, James guided us through every step of the process. He even went above and beyond by recommending and sending us potential listings, which I don’t think was technically part of his job. He acted as the middleman between us, the bank and our solicitor whenever we needed support, which made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. James was always quick to respond and kept us updated throughout the entire loan process. Even outside of standard working hours, he never missed a beat and would still respond to our messages, sometimes even late at night. He was patient, accommodating, approachable and extremely knowledgeable, which made everything feel so much easier.
