With over 15 years’ experience in the Banking, Mortgage and Finance sectors, James Schulze is a Mortgage Broker who understands what his clients’ need and can help them navigate the intricate and often complicated path to success. Whether clients are looking at purchasing a home or investment property, refinancing to saving money or building wealth, his goal is to set clients’ clear and realistic financial goals, empowering them with the right education, advice and tools to ensure that these goals become a reality.

In his early 20’s James learnt an important lesson about the value of money and how it impacts and drives your way of life. From a life of debt and habit of spending more money than he was earning, James decided to make a change and start learning how to be smarter with money. Within 12 months of this decision he had bought his first home and his passion had begun for the world of property investment. Since then, his property portfolio has grown and James loves being able to share my journey and wealth of experience with others wanting to learn and improve their way of life.

Since launching Rise High Financial Solutions in 2011 with his wife Marissa, we have become a multi-award winning local family run business. Our passionate, highly skilled team with over 60 years’ experience always put our client’s needs first through exceptional customer service.

Outside of Rise High, his passions are centered around his amazing family and maintaining optimal health and wellbeing. James loves going to the Adelaide Central Markets with Marissa and his 2 beautiful kids to sample the best produce that South Australia has to offer and spending quality time together soaking up the atmosphere. James also loves hitting my local Crossfit Gym regularly to stay strong and healthy.

James feels blessed to live in Adelaide and loves life because every day brings a new and exciting challenge to learn from and grow as a person!
