Janet was not helpful at all and didn't want to get us to where we wanted to go. Didn't want to explain why we couldn't do certain things or didn't want to do it. Felt like we were getting keyholed into one or no options. Spoke to someone else for 5 minutes and got a better response and on the right track now.
