Wish I could give more thumbs up... where to begin. I got introduced to the folks at Clarity by my old man. The recommendation came from the experience he had (DECADES ago) with Clarity (specifically, Guy). That alone is pretty bananas. But me, being a barely functioning adult was in the market so I reached out to Guy. He explained everything so clearly and perfectly, made the whole process which I had been procrastinating due to fear of the unknown much clearer. Now, over about two years or so Id be back-and-forth - not once did he show frustration. I definitely was the type of client I personally hate dealing with - indecisive, motivated-but-not, etc. but not once did I feel pressure, or being talked down to - mind you, I hadnt even gotten my pre-approval yet. Then the time comes (where Im very serious) and Guy is on leave - oh no.
