OMG where do I start - well my partner Peter and I were about to loose our 2017 deposit on an apartment we purchased in Melbourne CBD. Last year July 2020 we needed to settle and due to the pandemic/COVID19 the value of our apartment went down considerably and we unable to settle as advised by an unnamed Broker on the day of settlement.
