Professional Conduct & Outstanding Payment Dispute Jason previously held a Business Development role with my company, Uptick Marketing. We maintained an extremely close relationship since and referred possibly 20 client scenarios in good faith. We even helped Jason out with money when he had no bank access over a few days a year ago, which he paid pack. Early this year he assisted a client referred by one of our broker partners, under what we understood to be a professional and good faith referral arrangement. Following the successful settlement of that client’s short-term finance in May 2025, a referral fee was expected as part of our standard agreement. To date, however, no payment has been received by either myself or the referring broker, despite multiple follow-ups. Additionally, Jason engaged our company to develop a website valued at approximately $20,000, for which no deposit has been paid, nor has there been any formal termination of that project. This situation remains unresolved, with approximately $15,000 still owing across the referral and services provided. We continue to seek a resolution and are open to amending or removing this review once both outstanding matters are settled in good faith.
