We were looking to refinance our home loan and get additional funds and due to age were told the only option was reverse mortgage. We were not keen to go this way and I happened to contact Jason to discuss options with him. He was absolutely amazing during the whole process, always kept me informed, suggested options and service was amazing. We got a normal home loan through Jasons hard work and no other financial instutution would consider us. He has just recently fixed our loan and he was very persistent with the bank who were not the easiest to deal with due to press option 1, option5, option 8 etc and still no answer. Jason kept contacting the bank on our behalf and fixed our loan. I cannot recommend Jason highly enough. He has exceptional customer service and is a pleasure to deal with both during the initial application and after the loan is funded.
