My settlement was quite stressful, mostly due to a completely incompetent bank. It became obvious quite late in the game that the bank that was originally very helpful, had now dropped the ball and we were definitely going to miss settlement. I was glad Jason was there to help me, he very quickly organised another option over a weekend with nearly no notice. Loan approval was in hand in just 2 days (compared to the previous bank taking 2 months+), and thanks to Jason's efforts the rest of the loan process was pushed through and we managed to settle without penalty today. There were a quite few unfortunate issues that came up, Jason went above and beyond to help me through them. That's the difference between a broker and a great broker.
