Jayde Lees is the Director and Mortgage Broker behind Welcome Home Lending, based in the Macedon Ranges and helping clients across Australia.
With more than 10 years’ experience in mortgage broking, Jayde is passionate about making finance feel simpler and less overwhelming. She takes the time to understand not just what her clients can borrow, but what works for their lifestyle, goals and future plans.
Jayde assists with everything from first home purchases and refinancing through to construction, investment lending and more complex scenarios. She has a particular passion for supporting women navigating major life changes, including separation, and helping them understand their financial options with clarity and confidence.
Known for her straightforward advice, proactive communication and genuinely personal approach, Jayde believes a broker relationship shouldn’t end at settlement. Her goal is to become her clients’ forever broker — someone they can come back to as life, family and financial goals change.
Based locally in the Macedon Ranges, Jayde works with clients throughout Victoria and Australia via phone and video appointments.
