Where do I even begin to thank you, Jennifer, for everything you have done for me throughout this journey? Buying my own home has been a dream I didn’t think possible , and as a single grandparent carer, getting to this point has not been an easy journey. There have been moments of uncertainty, stress and countless questions, but Jen has been there beside me every step of the way. Jen didn’t just help me secure a mortgage — she genuinely walked alongside me through an extremely difficult and emotional time. She made me feel that I wasn’t doing this alone, and that someone truly believed in me and in my dream. Today, as I look at the reality of owning my own home, I feel incredibly grateful. This home represents security, stability and a future that I have worked so incredibly hard for — and I will always remember the important part Jennifer played in helping me achieve it.
