Bank had issued papers to an old email on Christmas eve. Only discovered it as husband had received them and i didnt. Those papers were quickly cancelled and a second set issued, again which I did not receive ut husband did. A panicked email and text to Jenn on Christmas Eve was answered (even whilst she was on leave). She made contact with the bank and the paperwork issue all sorted, with settlement taking place on January 9.
