My partner and I are currently in the market for our very first property and were recommended Jacobs Mortgage Centre by a friend of ours who had recently used their services. Shortly after contacting Jacobs Mortgage Centre, we were contacted by Jerry to discuss our financial and property goals. After meeting with Jerry, my partner and I found Jerry personable and knowledgeable and we knew that we would be in safe hands. On the same day, we proceeded with our pre-approval application. The platform used by Jacobs Mortgage Centre to upload the documents required for the pre-approval application was straightforward and made the otherwise tiring process feel like a breeze. Shortly after uploading the documents, Jerry had provided my partner and I with an informative summary of several potential lenders who each aligned with our specific goals. This summary contained all the relevant information we required to make our decision, namely each lender's interest rate, features of the loan, monthly/annual fees, the total cost of the loan and a helpful comparative figure to compare each lender against one another. With this summary in hand, my partner and I were able to comfortably choose the lender we felt was best suited to us (which just so happened to be the one Jerry had recommended!) and Jerry assisted with submitting our pre-approval application straight away. Within days, Jerry advised that our pre-approval application was successful and we are now in a position to begin shopping for our first home! Throughout the entire process, my partner and I have found Jerry to be extremely professional, timely and knowledgeable and always went above and beyond to ensure we received the best service. No matter how difficult of a question or scenario we presented, Jerry always had the answer available and made my partner and I feel comfortable with the decisions were were making. We also found out that Jerry is a Justice of the Peace which was extremely helpful when we needed a document to be witnessed as part of our application. I have now recommended Jacobs Mortgage Centre to all my family, friends and colleagues as I know they will receive A++ services in the hands of Jerry.
