Myself and my wife went guarantor for my so David and his wife Jenny so that could secure a mortgage in 2018. Recently David and Jenny used the services of TAG Financial to arrange refinancing of their mortgage so we could be released from being the guarantor. We mainly dealt with Jessica and occasionally, close to settlement Steven, both parties were very helpful to us and understood as we were nearing retirement we wished to be free of the guarantee. Jessica after extensive research found the bank which offered the best deal for David and Jenny for their refinanced mortgage and more important to myself and my wife a release from the guarantee.
