Highly recommend Jillian and her team! I’ve been meaning to leave this review for some time. We worked with Jillian for the mortgage on our knock-down rebuild and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Their support went well beyond just arranging a loan; they were a constant source of help, acting as a proactive bridge between the bank, the builder, and ourselves whenever issues popped up. It was a massive advantage having them contact the bank directly—saving us from sitting on hold with call centers for hours. Jillian and her team took an incredible amount of stress out of the build process. I was beyond impressed with how far their service extended and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

(2023) We first used Jillian's services almost 10 years ago, after having never used a mortgage broker before. We have been with her since, with a couple of iterations of refinancing. Very professional and thorough. Main advantage was (surprisingly) less the better loan rate at time of purchase and initial financing, but more the ongoing regular review and negotiation of better rates throughout the life of the loan: we never would have thought/been bothered doing this ourselves. Also, her advice during the sale/purchase/refinance process was invaluable. Thank you so much, Jillian and team! (2025) An update a couple of years later, after a couple of family crises. Jillian, again, was a rock of support and able to help me negotiate a suitable loan package and get into a new home while--temporarily--unemployed.
