We honestly can’t thank Jim at Coral Finance enough for everything he has done for us throughout our first home buying journey. From the very beginning, Jim was absolutely unreal. My partner and I went into the process completely blind. We had no idea what we were doing, what questions to ask, or how the whole process worked, but Jim made everything so much easier for us. He was always honest and upfront with us. He never sugar-coated anything or just told us what we wanted to hear - he explained things properly, gave us realistic advice, and always told us whether something was a good idea or not. That honesty and trust meant so much to us, especially since we had no idea what we were doing! One of the biggest things we appreciated was how comfortable he made us feel. We asked so many questions (including ones we thought were probably silly), and Jim never once made us feel silly or like we were bothering him. He was always happy to explain things and make sure we actually understood what was happening. He was also amazing with communication. He replied to our emails and messages so quickly, no matter what time it was or where he was, and always made us feel like we were a priority. Buying your first home is such a huge (and stressful) experience, but having Jim there to guide us through every step made the whole process so much easier. We always felt supported and knew we had someone in our corner who genuinely cared. We will always recommend Jim, especially to any first home buyers who are feeling overwhelmed or don’t know where to start. You won’t find someone who is more helpful, honest, and willing to go above and beyond!! Thankyou again Jim!
