My partner found Jim online over a year ago, back when buying a home still felt impossible to us. To be honest, I was sceptical, buying a house felt so out of reach and the whole process seemed confusing and overwhelming. Looking back now, I genuinely don’t think we could have done it without Jim. From the beginning, Jim was incredibly patient, encouraging and, most importantly, kind. He always made us feel comfortable asking questions (even the same ones more than once!) and reassured us there were no “dumb questions.” He took the time to explain everything clearly and walked us through every step of the process. Even while we were still saving, Jim spent time with us over video calls helping us understand budgets, loans and how everything worked.
