With deep expertise in complex loan structures and self-employed lending, Joe is known for his practical advice, clear communication, and ability to deliver tailored solutions. Joe is also a co-founder of The Financiers Group, an award-winning mortgage brokerage established in 2015. After many successful years helping build the business, Joe chose to step away to launch KOI Mortgages—a new, technology-driven mortgage broking firm designed to deliver a more modern, efficient, and client-focused experience, without compromising on advice quality or service standards.
