This was the second time I have had to apply for a home loan. The first was easy for me. I had a glowing, booming, successful business and I was basically approved on the spot for as much as I wanted. This time around I was applying as a single parent and I didn’t know if I could get it or even afford it. John took all of the pressure off and I feel like it was a breeze. Doing it all online was super easy and John was there every step of the way. I wasn’t confident in myself but he got me over the line. When he called to say I was approved, I hung up the phone and burst into tears. An absolute gentleman to work with and now each time I hear of someone needing a loan I will be sending them johns number.
