Jordan holds a Bachelor of Business with majors in Accounting and Property Economics from the Queensland University of Technology. After gaining experience at a Mortgage Brokerage firm, Jordan developed a strong desire to directly assist clients with their loans and provide exceptional customer service, which is not commonly associated with the industry.

As the Director of JCJ Properties, Jordan oversaw the management of commercial, residential, and holiday rental properties. This role provided Jordan with a unique perspective on the financial lending industry, allowing them to witness the challenges faced by clients when seeking loans.
