About Josh Shea

With over a decade of experience in the financial and property sectors, including roles at boutique finance firms and multinational professional service companies, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his mortgage broking career.

Josh works closely with his Personal Assistant, Hazel Diez, to ensure every client experience is seamless, informed, and stress-free. Together, they provide highly organised and responsive support throughout each stage of the home loan journey.

Josh is committed to educating his clients about the home loan finance process and ensuring they understand their options every step of the way. He takes great pride in providing tailored solutions that meet the individual needs of his clients, helping them navigate the complexities of securing a home loan with confidence.

Josh holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Diploma of Financial Planning, all of which complement his passion for delivering exceptional, client-focused service.
After originally starting with Clarity in 2012, he then moved to Perth and spent 11 vears working in Mortgage Broking and Mortgage Wholesale companies. Josh and his wife decided to move back to Canberra following the birth of their son and was welcomed back into the Clarity broking team.

His broad experience has helped him develop strong analytical, management and communication skills. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking and a Diploma of Financial Planning.

Josh is focused on educating his clients about the home loan finance process and providing solutions for their individual needs.
