With almost a decade of experience across banking and property, he brings a strong understanding of how lenders assess applications and how the local property market influences loan outcomes.

Julian works with first home buyers, upgraders, down-sizers, and property investors who are buying a home, buying an investment property, or refinancing a loan. He helps clients access loan options from banks and lenders across Australia, taking time to understand their financial situation, borrowing capacity, and long-term goals. This includes reviewing equity or cash deposit positions, using a guarantor where suitable, and explaining how lenders mortgage insurance (LMI), loan to value ratio (LVR), and Debt-to-Income Ratio can affect the loan amount and interest rate.

As a Mortgage Broker, Julian supports clients through the full application process, from loan pre-approval to settlement. He assists clients to get pre-approved, apply for a loan, and complete a streamlined application process. His experience covers variable interest rate loans, fixed interest rate loans, interest only loans, and principal and interest loans for both home loans and investment loans.

Julian also helps clients access Government Grants and Incentives, understand stamp duty costs, and review home equity as part of a home loan health check. Where possible, he looks for interest rate discounts and opportunities to potentially access a better interest rate over time.

Outside of work, Julian is passionate about photography, reflecting his attention to detail and calm, approachable style when supporting clients through important financial decisions.
