Finance Broker Julie Bishop is an award-winning professional who built her career from the ground up in banking. Over many years she progressed from foundational banking roles through to managing complex lending scenarios, developing a thorough understanding of how finance works at every level. Julie then joined Medfin, where she gained deep insight into the business finance needs of health professionals, a sector she continues to specialise in today.

Armed with extensive banking and finance knowledge, and a particular strength in the health sector, Julie made the move into finance broking so she could offer clients a more holistic service and access to a wider range of lenders and solutions. As Director of The Lending Collective (TLC), she leads a team that combines old-school banking fundamentals with a curious, boundary-pushing mindset and a genuine commitment to understanding each client's unique circumstances.

Finance Broker Julie Bishop is passionate about truly listening to her clients, understanding their goals, and helping them find solutions that work not just for today but well into the future. She believes everyone deserves access to good advice, and she brings energy, dedication and a personal touch to every client relationship.

Outside of finance, Julie is a mother of four girls with a strong sense of adventure. She enjoys staying active, cooking for family and friends, and lives by the philosophy of never stop learning.
