I dealt with Julie Dean a few years ago at her old employment and followed her here to Foster Russo & Co. To give this review extra merit. I have been in banking nearly 2 decades and always involved in lending. Sales talk, mistruths, poor advice, I would pick up on it straight away. You don't get this with Julie and the team she works with. Use the weight of having a broker doing the research and application over doing it yourself and have them do it. Costs you the same yet you save on mental energy. They are great at their job and they are sincerely upbeat happy nice people. There is just no downside within everything they can control. 10/5 stars.

I previously had used Julie for my first home loan, and reached out again for assistance in my new loan. My situation felt complex, however her and the team made it super straight forward and easy to understand. Even with mortgage jargon I didn’t understand, they didn’t make me feel less than for not understanding. They explained everything in simple terms.
