Justin and his team did a wonderful job, particularly because I ended up having about a week between my initial consultation meeting looking to get pre-approval, and having an offer accepted for a property, causing a bit of a tight time frame to get everything ready to exchange contracts. The team kept me informed at all stages, and were proactive in following up with both myself, my conveyancer and the seller's representatives to ensure everything was squared away to get through to settlement on schedule.
