My wife and I used Think Mortgage to unlock equity of our first house and refinanced to get the loan for our second. There were tight deadlines for formal approval and settlement which Bhavik and the team met without issue. Bhavik has had excellent communication from beginning to end. My husband and I used Think Mortgage to purchase our new home using equity in our first home. Bhavik, Kapil and Ranveer were all friendly, responsive, and nothing was too much trouble. Bhavik was in tune with us, when to go full steam ahead or when to wait for us to get things sorted our end without pressuring us.
