Kara was helpful initially and quick to respond, provided the assistance I thought i required and quite assuring to me that the loan was going to be approved. That was until the loan was declined, it was blamed on the bank being too strict and difficult and Kara requested further documentation to support my claim so she could submit to have it reviewed, which I provided... and that's when communication stopped, the entire team at Parrington Finance did not return phone calls or emails. To this day I still have not received any correspondence as to the result of the review. She either did not submit it or it was also declined and the team at Parrington Finance just decided it wasn't worth their time to provide me with an update.
