I recently needed to organise finance for my move to my new home in Yarralumla. My finances were a little bit awkward to work out due to the fact that my old home was interweaved with my parents estate, and due to Dad passing and Mum being moved into a nursing home, we needed to sell the property that had Mum and Dad's house as well as my own house on the same block.
