My husband and I wanted to do something very, very tricky with a land purchase. The land has no power, no town water, no septic, no formal access and yet was in a residential zone. Karla went above and beyond to find a bank who would loan us money. She approached about 16 different institutions. We also have the added complexity that I am considered 'self-employed' which limits borrower options. In the end, one was found and our land settled this week.
