This was the first time we had refinanced and we knew we wanted to use a broker to make it as stress free as possible. Communication with Kate was prompt and easy. Whenever we reached out to Kate about something we had a response within the hour. There wasn’t much at all that we had to do in terms of communication with the other banks involved etc When we applied to refinance, we met the criteria for a cash back offer. Unfortunately some little things popped up along the way (out of Kate’s hands) which delayed the settlement of our loan. When our loan finally did settle, the cash back offer with the bank we had refinanced to had expired so we were told by the bank that we would not be able to get the cash back. After asking Kate if there was anything she could do to help us get the cash back offer, she was straight on the phone to our new bank and called us the next day to inform us that she managed to pull some strings and that the cash back offer was going to be granted. Kate went above and beyond and and the whole process was seamless.
