If I could give 6 stars I would!! Kate was absolutely amazing to deal with. I hadn’t been through the process in well over 10 years, so I was pretty unsure about everything, but she made it feel really simple and completely stress-free. She was super responsive, always quick to reply, and happily answered all of my (many!) questions without ever making me feel like a hassle. Even my real estate agent commented on how fast and efficient she is – saying “Kate certainly works fast, hold onto her!” – which really says a lot coming from someone in the industry.
