Kate has gone above and beyond to help my daughter with her first car loan. She has been incredibly helpful and really gone out of her way to compare rates and lenders and also to educate us along the way. She is always quick to reply and on the front foot with everything. What I appreciated most is that Kate's main priority was getting Emily the best deal, even if that meant recommending a lender that wasn't one of hers. That sort of honesty and transparency is rare these days and something I really respect about Kate. She even helped with questions to ask the car yard regarding finance and offered to review their offer.
