We were determined to buy a property before contacting you, but very unsure how to do it. We knew a broker could be helpful, but had also heard horror stories. We were so pleased to find out Kathryn De Luca at MO'R is a gem. We are not sure we would have been able to buy our first home without her help. She went the extra mile, was always contactable (even on her days off) and was never anything but friendly and supportive. She hustled CBA to get us approved very quickly, caught mistakes in our forms, and walked us through the process with such detail it made us feel like her only customers. We are sure we will seek out Kathryn and/or MO'R next time we need to buy property or deal with a mortgage in any way. We can't imagine having done this in any other way.

I've approached Mo'r Mortgage Options on two seperate occasions dealing with loans and settlements of my property and will probably never stop going back for anything in relation to this. I cannot reccommend Kathryn enough, in both instances she made the process as easy and streamlined as possible. She was patient and thorough through the entire process and making something that deemed daunting a lot easier to understand. She was able to answer all of my questions and provide support, as required and was very informative of any next steps, what needed to be done and what to expect. Even when calling or going to their office, everyone was really helpful and friendly. Absolute 10/10 service! Will forever reccommend to anyone who will listen!
