About Kaye Nelson-Hill

Kaye Nelson-Hill is a professional with over 25 years of banking experience. Kaye prides herself on authenticity and having a people-centric approach to building long term relationships with customers and helping people grow in their career. With extensive experience across Corporate Banking, Private Banking and leadership, Kaye has successfully led teams in both the Retail and Premium banking networks at CBA and most recently as State Manager Westpac Group for Referrer VIC, SA & WA before co-founding Key Change Finance.

Kaye finds work life balance through living on her 15 hectare farm property in the South East and enjoying weekend horse rides with her husband Seamus. Kaye established a business on the farm in early 2020 by converting a renovated Barn and old Milking shed into a function venue for Weddings, another reflection of her desire to bring people together.
