Kelsey Melville is a mortgage broker and co-owner of North Brisbane Mortgage Brokers (NBMB), based in Windsor, QLD, and specialises in first home buyers across North Brisbane and greater Brisbane, including Chermside, Kedron, Stafford, Newmarket, Aspley, Strathpine and Narangba.

Before broking, Kelsey spent 12 years as a high school teacher (maths and PE) and moved into finance after arranging loans for her own investment property portfolio, which she still holds today. That firsthand experience covers both first home buyer and investment lending, and shapes how she explains the First Home Owner Grant, First Home Guarantee, First Home Super Saver Scheme and stamp duty concessions in plain terms rather than jargon.

Kelsey holds her Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, is an MFAA-accredited broker, and writes loans under NBMB's Australian Credit Licence (389328) alongside co-owner Jack Mckenna.
