A positive first-time investor's experience with an extremely pleasing outcome.. As first-time investors we had an abundance of questions, scenario's and the all important 'what if's'...and all we can say is that embarking on our investment journey with Kevin Roby as our advisor, made what is known to be a rather daunting experience, a satisfying one which has resulted in leased properties and excellent returns. Kevin's knowledge and expertise led us through the investment stages of acquiring and securing land, bank lenders, liaising with legal professionals and building contractors, building the investment property, analysing the real estate market and the vital considerations when choosing an agent, and finally, how to maintain our investment, build wealth and make it work for us in the future. Kevin's attention to detail in each and every stage was second to none, the smallest things can sometimes hit the hardest and these were brought to light with knowledge- driven awareness and careful consideration. Kevin made it a priority that we understood each undertaking and the preferable outcome, and always provided us with additional resources and reading material to re-affirm. Kevin's communication was consistently clear and comprehensive, and contacting him was never an issue. All of our emails and phone calls were promptly and politely replied to with answers to all of our queries and more. Furthermore, we found Kevin to be extremely passionate about the care of his clients and he continually ensured that we were treated fairly and respectfully by other parties with whom we were dealing throughout this venture. We have indeed learnt so much since we commenced and we are continuing to learn more and more as we advance along the investor's path.
