We contacted Kian directly based on personal recommendation from a family member who had worked with him a few years ago. We found ourselves in a situation where we were purchasing and selling right at Christmas time and with simultaneous settlement in early February. Throughout the entire process Kian was one or two steps ahead on everything that needed to be done, prompting us about things that we needed to action or be prepared for.
