After giving up all hope of achieving the good old Aussie dream of owning a house, I was given the number for Kieran. At first I was not interested as I'd heard all the promises from other brokers before and let down, but something said to give it one last try. So I rang and spoke to Kieran, to be honest I was abrupt and a bit rude as I thought here we go again. Kieran told me to complete the paperwork and we would go from there, but I refused to do that as I'd done it son many times previous. He let me be for a week and called back saying he hadn't received the paperwork, so he did it over the phone with me. Once all the paperwork was collected and put forward we got approval pending valuation. Valuation went through then full unconditional approval came. Even after I was rude Kieran persisted with me, and I must say I'm so grateful and extremely apologetic because today with the help from Kieran we now have our own home. I cannot recommend this team enough, and if you are like I was please try this guy, you won't regret it.
