Kim will keep following up and keep you in the loop at least once a week. She is knowledgeable and will ask a bazillion questions in order to understand your situation fully and manage the likelihood of any one of the 40 banks she deals with to lend the dough for a mortgage. Although I know she also helps lend in car finance and insurance now, following our settlement. Be warned though, she likes a chat.

Which when cost of living, inflation and constant interest rate hikes are at there highest this has allowed so much more breathing room and has giving me more money in my pocket. i cant recommend Kim Johnston enough on the work she did to get what i thought was impossible done. there is no way i could have done or got what she did. if you are considering trying to do it yourself, don't and give kim a call.
