I rarely write reviews, but this one is truly deserved. I’ve known Kiran Sood from Deals4Loans for over 6 years, however, we’ve only worked with her on our last two property transactions—and both were extremely complex, high-pressure situations where most would have simply given up. Our financial position wasn’t straightforward. While we had strong assets, our liabilities were equally high, and traditional lenders were quick to decline us. When we were purchasing our residential property in October, we went into an auction without conditional approval. Prior to speaking with Kiran, I had already approached my bank and was clearly told that we had no borrowing capacity and that the deal simply could not be done. Kiran, however, saw what others couldn. She took the time to deeply understand our financials, asked the right questions, and approached the situation strategically rather than dismissively. Thanks to her persistence and expertise, she was able to secure loan approval—something we had been told was impossible. That alone speaks volumes. With the confidence she gave us, we proceeded to purchase a commercial property, again without conditional approval. What followed was one of the most stressful financial experiences we’ve faced. Multiple lenders rejected us, every avenue seemed blocked, and after our first settlement window failed, we incurred a loss of $50K. At that stage, we were not just stressed—we had almost lost hope and were seriously worried about losing our deposit. Kiran stepped in again at our lowest point. Where others saw a dead end, she saw a pathway. She reworked our application, structured it differently, and presented it in a way that no one else had considered. Her ability to think outside the box, combined with her determination, resulted in a successful approval well before the settlement deadline. This wasn’t just about getting a loan approved—this was about saving a deal that seemed impossible. Kiran’s knowledge, persistence, and commitment go far beyond what you would expect from a mortgage broker. She doesn’t just follow a process—she fights for her clients and finds solutions when there appear to be none. If you are in a straightforward situation, she’ll do a great job. But if your situation is complex, time-sensitive, or feels impossible—Kiran is the person you want in your corner. I also want to acknowledge her team Jasmeet Kaur, Aman, and Jamie, who were equally professional, responsive, and supportive throughout this journey. Their coordination, timely communication, and attention to detail ensured that everything progressed smoothly, even under tight timelines. It’s clear that Kiran is backed by a strong, efficient team that shares her commitment to client success I can say with complete confidence that without her, we would not have been able to achieve what we did. "One stop shop for home loans!!" Buying first home can be a heart pumping and confusing process when it comes to home loan. So many details and terms that are hard to understand.
