Right from the start with my very first contact with Kristy, she was generous with her time and explained that I probably didn’t need her service as my situation was straightforward and she encouraged me to go directly to the banks and even gave some suggestions as to what banks might be the most appropriate fit for my situation. As it turned out, due to the nature of my employment, the banks were not interested in giving me bridging finance so I reconnected with Kristy. Kristy is an excellent communicator and really knows her stuff and is very responsive with phone calls, text messages and emails. There were times where I was overwhelmed with the buying/selling/moving process and she supported me with gentle reminders when I needed them and also did things out out of the scope of her normal work just to help me stay on the right path when I had no fuel left in my tank. Everything with the finance went smoothly and without a hitch and there were no surprises. She was transparent with her fees and how the process works.
