Absolutely terrible! DO NOT USE!!! The team at Stakks are unorganised, uninformative and unreliable. My husband and our two small children sold our family home under the advise of Stakks that we could afford to upgrade from our small terrace that we loved to something more suited to a family. Due to their gross negligence we are now homeless and have incurred excessive costs along with no approvals to purchase a new home. At no point did they ever discuss rates or providers with us, nor did they provide options for lenders. They even lost our signed application forms!! I can not stress enough how much their actions have hurt our family and jeopardised our future. We are deeply saddened and hurt as we trusted Kylie Ravens and her team to have our best interest in mind, sadly that wasn’t the case. This is a heavily regulated industry, do your research before entrusting any broker with your personal finance or mortgage needs and do not engage Stakks Finance!

We've had quite a few dealings with Stakks over the years. They've helped us purchase investment properties, organising the loans for the investment properties and setting up a SMSF to use our super to buy another investment property. They always do an annual review to make sure the loans are at the best rate available. Recently they helped us with a bridging loan to purchase a new home for our family. It was a hard slog, with the banks being very pedantic about crossing every 't' and dotting every 'i'. They certainly worked very hard at making that loan happen. I can't say enough about Kylie Ravens, Kylie Searle and the rest of the lovely ladies at Stakks. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Being self employed is always tougher to get finance approved. Stakks finance took the time to listen to our needs and got us an amazing product on both a chattel mortgage for our ute and our home loan. Kylie and her team where always available to discuss any queries I had. They kept me updated on the loans progress and were lovely to deal with.
