Superstars! I reckon Front Financial are Superstars of financial broking. Was set to invest and have already consulted with my go-to financial broker who is very experienced in the field. During my online research, I came across Front Financial and sought a second opinion from them. I never thought that this will be a game changer for me. Lachlan from Front Financial is a go-getter who enticed me to change my borrowing strategy and as a result had saved thousands of dollars for me. These are some of the benefits I had achieved as a result: 1) Double than expected Equity cash out from my residential property: I was surprised to see significant variations in valuation from different banks. Lachlan got me the best deal and we secured equity cash out of $300k against original estimate of $150k given by my previous broker. 2) $24k saving on LMI: This was huge! With the buffer cash in hand from equity cash out, I had saved $24k on LMI. 3) Communication: Lachlan and Nora were on skates all the time, pushing the banks almost every day and providing the updates to me daily. I really appreciate their daily updates and being in the loop all the time. 4) Timely delivery: I had a tight deadline for settlement, and we needed to do cash out plus secure loan on my investment property. The borrowing also involved a long form valuation which typically takes 1-2 weeks. Lachlan and team made it all possible in this extremely tight deadline. There is a team of at least 4 professionals who have worked on my case. While Lachlan is the key contact, Nora & Alexis were handling all documentation related work and Jeremy was responsible for any post settlement issues. They were all very well coordinated. I had loved this structure since there was no single dependency and it ensured regular updates. I can go on and on but want to keep this short. Overall, very happy with their service and looking forward to engage with them in my future venture. Will highly recommend them.
