Fouracre Financial were referred to me from the buyers agency I use, Investorkit. Prior to this, I had worked with 6+ brokers in the past. A broker is someone you want on your team, someone who understands your strategies and goals and actively looks to help you achieve these. I even had one broker who told me to sell everything and start again for more borrowing power. Most of these brokers were reactive, not proactive. They didn't understanding investing and need to keep moving forward. Jack, Lauren and the team at Fouracre are not like any broker I had used previously. Firstly, they understand investing. They ask questions around what you're looking to accomplish, in what timeframe and devise a strategy to get there. I had several loans (7 odd) scattered all over the place with various bank and non-bank lenders. They consolidated all these loans with the one lender negotiating a very competitive pricing request. Yes, there were hiccups along the way due to the complexity of those loans and the portfolio, but Jack and his team were there every step of the way to sort out any issues. Ontop of this large refinance, the team also navigated a new purchase for me. After 15years in the investing space, I can tell you these guys are in a league of their own when it comes to finance. I was excited to jump onboard and also very relieved to know that as I'm about to wind down my investing and finance journey, that Fouracre could tie many loose ends up that I thought were just not possible.
