I honestly cannot recommend Lea from Viking Mortgages highly enough. She is an absolute magician. When I first contacted Lea, my circumstances were anything but straightforward. My marriage had ended, I was trying to purchase a home on my own, and I had been on long-term WorkCover for around eight months following a workplace shoulder injury. I genuinely thought getting finance approved was going to be an absolute nightmare. Lea took all of that stress away from me. She jumped through every hoop, dealt with every complication, followed up relentlessly and did all of the hard work behind the scenes. At a time when I was already completely overwhelmed, she somehow made the whole process feel manageable. She was incredibly responsive, reassuring, knowledgeable and persistent. Nothing ever seemed too difficult, and I never felt like I had to chase her or wonder what was happening. She just got things done. Getting this mortgage approved means so much more to me than simply buying a property. It represents being able to start again and move forward after a really difficult year, and I genuinely don’t think I would be here without Lea’s help. If your financial situation is complicated, or you simply want someone who will genuinely go above and beyond for you, I cannot recommend Lea from Viking Mortgages highly enough. Five stars honestly doesn’t feel like enough. She is absolutely brilliant.
