My husband and I found a 2018 Toyota Prado GXL for sale online that we desperately wanted to buy as it was in excellent condition and was a few thousand dollars cheaper than the older year models so we knew we had to buy it. Leila, our superstar, made sure the seller received payment by his 3-day deadline so we didn't miss out on buying the car. Even though we knew she had a lot of work on her plate, she still managed to finalise the transaction for us by the deadline at such short notice so we didn't miss out on the purchase. She even went out of her way to call the seller to confirm that she was in the process of getting our finance sorted and that the funds should land in his account by the deadline, even though I had already told him this. She had offered to call the seller to give him more peace of mind which helped seal the deal for us. Leila went above and beyond for us and THAT is what you call brilliant 5-star customer service! 😁👌 She did all of this with a big, beautiful smile on her face and was very patient with all the back-and-forth emails from me when asking for the relevant documentation required from us.
