Loenie was absolutely amazing. She worked so hard that even later in the night she was messaging to quickly get things done to be able to submit that same night. We had issues with Westpac and Leonie went over and above to get our application submitted for NAB and our contract coming to it’s due date in about less than a week. Leonie managed to get our application into NAB so they could assess it, sent the valuation from Westpac to NAB to see if they could work something out for us in relation to our shortfall and got $10k off the original valuation NAB gave us. Leonie communicated with us almost everyday before approval and made sure we were aware of what was needed and what was coming next. Service was over and above our expectation and we’d recommend her to anyone.
