When I had lost faith that getting a home was even possible, Lin proved me wrong. Her motivation and encouragement; leaving no stones unturned and going over and beyond her role as a broker eventuated in getting a loan approval. Lin is more than a broker. She liaised with my employer to correct their mistakes with the ATO and my pay slips, which were impacting my loan approval. She further on her own volition made her own enquiries around issues with the valuation and in doing so corrected the valuators report as well, leading to formal approval and giving me the opportunity of being a homeowner.
